- The fiber back reinforces the sanding sheet and improves material removal.
- The VICTOGRAIN abrasive grains are fixed to the carrier with one side of the triangle.
- As a result, they are particularly tightly integrated and, in conjunction with the slim shape, offer an extremely large chip space, making the machining process even more efficient.
- The structural structure of the triangles of VICTOGRAIN has also been specially adapted.
- The very small crystals within the triangle provide optimal wear behavior: Very sharp cutting edges are always available, but only a necessary minimum of the abrasive grain/triangle breaks away.
- The combination of these features provides the user with the ultimate, constant peak performance in cool grinding and an extremely long tool life with uniform surface roughness of the workpiece.
- The clamping system CDR has a screw connection with male thread (plastic) on the tool side.
