How do I use the App?
I would like to reorder products from a previous order.
You can use the Hoffmann Group eShop App for this purpose.
To copy a previous order, log in to your eShop account and click on “Orders.” Select the desired order and click on the “Add to cart” icon. The items will now be added to your shopping cart. You can complete the order as usual.
I would like to order some items. I know the article numbers.
Click on the “Direct Purchase” icon to the left of the selected country. You can enter the article number using the direct purchase function. If you want to enter multiple item numbers, use the order form. You also have the option of importing a CSV file.
I would like to place an order via barcode scanner.
You can use the Hoffmann Group eShop App for this. Open the App and click on the barcode icon to the right of the search bar. Once you have granted access to your camera, it will open and you can scan the desired article lists and barcode lists. By activating the “Add to cart” button, the scanned products will be transferred directly to your shopping cart.
