		Description:

The non-woven cleaning material is glued onto a glass-fabric base. This makes POLICLEAN discs suitable for use in face-down grinding. For coarse cleaning work, e.g. removing paint, scale, heat discolouration, rust and adhesive residue. POLICLEAN is a coarsely structured, abrasive, non-woven cleaning fabric that was developed from a special combination of synthetic fibres and abrasive grain.

		Feature:

		- RPM, max.: 10000 RPM
 - RPM, optimum, from: 5000 RPM
 - RPM, optimum, to: 7000 RPM
 - Version: PCLD PLUS
 - Width, metric: 13 mm
 - Dia. hole: 22.23 mm
 - Abrasive: Silicon carbide SiC/C
 - Dia. external, metric: 125 mm

		Advantage:

		- The PLUS version (blue) has a considerably higher stock removal rate and a very good tool life, and is very aggressive.
 - High flexibility and open structure mean optimal adjustment to contours and no clogging of the tool itself.

		Application:

		- Recommendations for use: For the best results, use at a recommended cutting speed of 30-35 m/s. Preferably for use on slow-running angle grinders.
 - Applications: Cleaning; Roughening; Surface work
 - Drive types: Flexible shaft drive; Straight grinder
