The PREMIUM Quick-Change discs with ceramic grain and abrasive-active cover bond offer maximum material removal in applications with high contact pressure. The use of an additional coating serves to remove material without overheating the surface to be processed and at the same time reduces clogging of the disc. This makes this product perfect for processing stainless steel, as the additional layer has a cooling effect and thus prevents discolouration on the workpiece in the long term. Compared to the zirconium version, the ceramic grain used is even more abrasive, more aggressive and enables faster removal rates. The strong adhesion and the high-quality abrasive guarantee an excellent service life. This product is available in two different clamping systems to cover all types of tools.
