The PREMIUM Quick-Change discs made of zirconium high performance with quick clamping system offer increased material removal in applications with high contact pressure. The use of an additional coating serves to remove material without overheating the surface to be processed and at the same time reduces clogging of the disc. This makes this product perfect for processing stainless steel, as the additional layer has a cooling effect and thus prevents discolouration on the workpiece in the long term. Zirconium is characterised by its high toughness, which leads to a clear improvement in the resistance of the discs. The excellent adhesion and high-quality abrasive guarantee a long service life. This product is available in two different clamping systems to cover all types of tools.
