The PREMIUM SCM Heavy Duty (HD) discs enable high sanding performance with a low surface roughness. This is due not least to the material composition, which consists of a ceramic-coated aluminium oxide grain and therefore supports aggressive machining processes. The high removal rate means that several sanding processes can be reduced to one machining step. The discs can be mounted on various backing pads. The product is available in three versions: 1. with pre-punched centre hole; 2. with a hole for clamping using a metal ring; 3: without hole for backing discs with hook-and-loop fastening system.
