3M™ Non-Vacuum Random Orbital Sander Elite Series, 75 mm, 4.76 mm Orbit

Ergonomically engineered with a powerful motor and built in extended curved wrist support, 3M™ Elite Non-Vacuum Random Orbital Sander provides comfortable control with the recessed lever platform eliminating pinch and pressure points on the operator’s palm. Our sander optimises sanding and surface preparation on many surfaces such as wood, metal prep for paint, fiberglass and composite materials as well as many other substrates. No single abrasive particle follows the same path twice, as these industrial-grade tools rotate the abrasive disc and disc pad in two simultaneous overlapping oval patterns, giving you a swirl free finish even when sanding against the grain. Our lightweight tool contains a composite cover which absorbs vibration as well as an internal muffler to reduce noise. The thumb controlled speed dial is conveniently located on the side for ease of use. Pneumatic power provides many hours of continuous use, far exceeding standard electric sanders (power hose and air compressor sold separately) while 3M™ Hookit™ Disc Pad (included) absorbs shock and vibration for smooth running. Our pad provides excellent disc adhesion while still allowing for quick and easy removal. Our sander is a non-vacuum model and is used in applications where dust extraction is not a concern.
