Weld with confidence using the 3M™ Speedglas™ Welding Helmet 9100 MP with 3M™ Versaflo™ Supplied Air Regulator V-500E. It fits with 3M™ Speedglas™ Welding Filter Series 9100 (passive or auto-darkening). Our welding helmet has a flip-up welding filter solution with a wide, clear 170 mm x 100 mm protective visor beneath, making it excellent for precision grinding in low-light conditions. The top shell is made from heat-resistance polycarbonate and meets the EN 379 standard for industrial safety helmets. In addition, shade 5 side windows enable better peripheral vision, so users can be more aware of their surroundings. The helmet is also designed from inception to take one of our optional 3M™ Peltor™ Earmuffs: low-profile hearing protection (sold separately). The Versaflo supplied air regulator V-500E is a balanced, belt-worn, easy-to-adjust regulator that consistently delivers the airflow at the level you set, from 170 l/min to 305 l/min. To meet EN 12021 requirements, the airline supply must be air of breathable quality. For further comfort and protection, oil mist, water vapour or non-toxic and unpleasant odours in the air supply can be easily removed with an air cleaning station, such 3M™ Aircare™ Filtration System ACU-03 (wall mounted) or ACU-04 (stand-alone). Please note, supplied air regulators with heating or cooling (V-100E/V-200E) are available as alternative regulator (only as separate order – not as system).
