Electronic torque & angle wrench for use in production/assembly, enabling a proper, safe/manageable (assembly) fastening process and traceability/documentation of fastening operations that require documentation. Controlled tightening in the range of 10-1,000 N·m, meeting the highest industrial requirements through extreme precision, with measurement accuracy of +/- 1% (torque & angle). In addition to torque/angle, it features a glide value display (Track), peak value measurement (Peak), and the ability to call up presets and process plans. The large internal memory can store up to 9,999 measurement data and curves. Data can be transmitted wirelessly via WLAN, Zigbee (optional), or USB cable. Bidirectional communication allows for the wireless upload of work plans to the wrench and the transmission of measurement data. Work plans can be started via the menu or the integrated 2D scanner. The E-Torc P can be connected to existing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) via Open Protocol by default. The glare-resistant and high-contrast 2″ IPS display ensures excellent readability even in bright working environments. The 360° visible LED ring allows the assembly process to be monitored even under difficult conditions (e.g., overhead work). Signaling occurs visually (display, LED ring), haptically (vibration), and acoustically (beep). The lightweight and ergonomic design, along with the side confirmation button, enables fatigue-free working. A powerful lithium-ion battery ensures long runtime and lifespan (no memory effect). The inductive charging station (optional) enables wireless charging and ensures safe storage, either lying flat or mounted on the wall. Factory calibrated with a factory calibration certificate according to GEDORE standard GTTWN001, traceable to national standards. Angle calibration in accordance with VDI/VDE 2648-2. Calibration according to DKD-R 3-7 Class 1, including a calibration certificate with accreditation symbol (optional). Different insertion tool dimensions programmable.
