G-Bulb blind rivets
The high-strength blind rivets Stark in steel and stainless steel. offers a range of high-strength structural blind rivets labelled G-Bulb in steel and stainless steel with diameters of 4.8 and 6.4 mm. The G-bulb dimensions are able to cover joint material thicknesses between 1.5 and 15.5 mm. The main features of G-Bulb blind rivets are the large clamping range, very high shear and tensile strength values due to the formation of a wide closing head and mechanical mandrel locking during the setting process. In combination with the patented functional embossing on the rivet shank, the G-Bulb fulfils the highest requirements in terms of tolerance compensation of component thicknesses and hole geometry. The G-Bulb blind rivet forms an exceptionally wide closing head that transfers the full clamping force to the application.
With a tear-off force of up to 16 kN, the G-Bulb can still be processed with standard setting tools.
