Update over the air
In this video you will learn how to update the Footswitch HCT quickly and easily with the HCT Mobile App. Simply download the app, watch the video, update the Footswitch and continue working.
If one or more files no longer have all their functions or have been damaged after the update, you can download them again from Documents for download.
The Footswitch as a trigger for the HCT Windows App
In this video you will learn how you can use the Footswitch HCT in conjunction with the HCT Windows app to start work steps of a working plan, transmit measured values or acknowledge queries without using the keyboard.
Dynamic Indication Mode
Select one of the devices connected to the GARANT Footswitch HCT. You can now transfer as many measured values as you like from this device. You can also easily switch between devices if you need the values from another device.
Hybrid Mode

Documents for download
In the event that you have performed an update over the air or that your GARANT Footswitch HCT/ HCT Smart Dongle no longer functions correctly because files have been corrupted, you can download the default files on the footswitch and dongle again here.
Download the zip file and copy the files it contains to your footswitch and dongle. Please note that you will need to replace any damaged files and that you will need to adapt the config.ini and devices.csv again for your application, i.e. re-enter the devices, set the mode, etc.

General information: If you are editing one of the files (config.ini, devices.csv, wplan.csv), copy it to a temporary drive on your computer beforehand. Make all the desired changes and save the file. Then copy the file back to the footswitch. Please note that the old file must be replaced by the one you have edited.
