High-performance cooling lubricant concentrate HPC VEG is a boric-acid-free, water-miscible cooling lubricant with excellent long-term stability, an outstanding rinsing effect and low foaming. Not a hazardous substance! (Boron-free and amine-free).
Thanks to its good long-term stability and high resistance to fungi and bacteria, it requires much less care over the entire service life. High-performance cooling lubricant concentrate HPC VEG has very low evaporation losses (formation of mist) due to the special formulation. Mixed with water, high-performance cooling lubricant concentrate HPC VEG produces a finely dispersed emulsion with high stability, excellent corrosion protection and a very low tendency to foam. The emulsions are particularly resistant to micro-organisms and thus permit a long service life with little maintenance.

Cooling lubricant for demanding applications, free of hydrochlorous acid, formaldehyde and boric acid. High-pressure additives prevent displacement of the lubricating film; it remains on the cutting tool in molecular concentrations even under the most severe loading.
Clean machines and clear protective panels = high-performance cooling lubricant concentrate HPC VEG ensures a clean workplace. Thanks to its low tendency to foam, high-performance cooling lubricant concentrate HPC VEG can be used in areas with both very soft and very hard water. Suitable for grinding work and general-purpose machining of steel, high-alloy steels (titanium) and non-ferrous metals. High-performance cooling lubricant concentrate HPC VEG can also be used with internally cooled tools and high pump pressures. Shelf life: 12 months.

Concentrates protect against rust, do not attack paintwork, and are physiologically harmless, as well as very resistant to bacterial contamination, and kind to the skin.

Suitable for internal coolant supply (ICS) and high-pressure applications.
