This complete solution for pre-packaging processes combines both requirements in one user-friendly application.
- EasyTouch SET-17 PrePack can be used to carry out all types of pre-packaging checks. After each inspection, the software clearly indicates whether the result is ‘OK’ or ‘NOK’. It also allows the filling or filling quantity to be adjusted in order to minimise overfill losses
- As an alternative to the sampling inspection, the software also allows a 100% check of all products filled, including individual price labelling. For this, EasyTouch offers a high-performance label printing function, which runs in the background during production, fully automated
