For tough deburring and polishing applications, use Standard Abrasives™ Unitized Block - 800 Series. Our hard density blocks with increased edge durability and life are ideal for deburring stainless steel pipe thread, wire edges from surgical instruments, stainless steel sinks, tanks and other equipment for the food service industry, and gears and aircraft wing spars. They can be used for breaking edges on aluminium extrusions and polishing round tubing.
