Deburr and finish parts with critical tolerances with Standard Abrasives™ Light Deburring Wheel. Use our wheels on a range of tools automated equipment, straight shaft stationary and portable tools as well as feed-through machines. They’re great for light deburring, blending machines, belt marks and finishing small parts. They have a soft density, which enables the abrasive to conform to the substrate, to prevent undercutting and gouging, while the non-metallic structure of the wheel won’t contaminate the work piece. The wheels offer a fast finish rate that requires less effort than many competitive wheels, and maintain a smear resistant finish.
