The Hoffmann Group is constantly expanding its sustainable product range. The GARANT GreenPlus product range facilitates sustainability in workshops and production – coupled with the highest standards of safety, quality and performance.
The Hoffmann Group therefore plays a role in meeting Goal 12 “Sustainable consumption and production” of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which provide the company’s framework for its sustainability strategy. We see it as our responsibility to contribute to achieving the global climate goals by reducing direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions.

High performance for a better future
The sustainable GARANT GreenPlus solid carbide milling cutter combines modern geometrical properties, an innovative coating and a carbide rod consisting of more than 99% secondary raw materials. For the production of the GARANT GreenPlus milling cutter, only electricity from renewable energy sources was used.
- Made from more than 99% secondary raw materials
- The carbon footprint of the carbide rod during production is reduced by approx. 65% compared to a conventionally produced carbide rod

- Universally suitable for all ferrous metals and NSF-certified and VOC-free
- It boosts the grinding performance and effectively cleans workpieces and grinding bodies

Environmentally friendly and sustainable worktops for workbenches
The individual choice: Bamboo − glued cross-wise
Worktop in modern design with hard-wearing surface for demanding applications. Bamboo is the quickest-growing raw material, it places little demand on resources and is environmentally sound. The worktop consists of bamboo strips, waterproof and distortion-proof cross-glued in 5 layers. The edges are radiussed all round, the surface is sanded and oiled leaving no residues. Bamboo is approx. 30 % harder than oak and is less liable to warp than, for example, beech or maple. Bamboo worktops are resistant to sprayed water and dirt, and resistant to oil, grease, solvents and chemicals. (These do however affect the appearance of the surface).
The universal choice: Beech ply
Worktop for general requirements. Made of peeled beech veneer, with multiple cross layers, glued, non-warping, and waterproof. The edges are smoothed and the surface is sanded and oiled, leaving no residue. Beech marine ply is resistant to sprayed water and dirt, and largely resistant to oil, grease, solvents and chemicals. (These do however affect the appearance of the surface).
Optional: With galvanised steel or stainless steel sheet coating, or with metal edge protection.
The robust choice: Beech − glued strips
Worktop for heavy-duty work, such as in machine tool building or steelwork fabrication. Made of solid beech block board, waterproof glued (with comb profile on the long edges). The edges are smoothed and the surface is sanded and oiled, leaving no residue. Beech wood worktops are resistant to sprayed water and dirt, and largely resistant to oil, grease, solvents and chemicals. (These do however affect the appearance of the surface).
Our beech marine ply and beech glued strips worktops now have a sanded and oiled surface. It is not only environmentally friendly, but also sustainable: the worktop can be refurbished several times, enabling a long service life with an optimal appearance. The surface treatment with oil ensures that no pollutants or chemicals need to be applied, meaning the worktop can be refreshed and ultimately disposed of after a very long service life in an eco-friendly way.
Sustainable PPE. The simple way to boost sustainability and get peace of mind.
The light, water-repellent and breathable GARANT GreenPlus hybrid waistcoat is made of a high-quality mix of materials comprising 100% recycled micro-ripstop. The padding is made of 100% recycled polyester fibres. The soft-shell inserts are made of 96% recycled polyester. The waistcoat also comes with high-quality zip fasteners, side pockets, an internal zipper pocket and an extended back panel.
The sustainable GARANT GreenPlus safety glasses are made of 100% recycled materials. The frame and lenses are made of recycled polycarbonate. They provide safe protection against dust, dirt and other dangerous foreign objects. The anti-fog coating effectively prevents the lenses from fogging up. The ergonomic design ensures a perfect fit.
The GARANT GreenPlus earmuffs are the environmentally friendly solution – without compromising on stability and design. It contains over 60% recycled material in the robust ABS plastic of the ear muffs. The hearing protection is available in three versions: with a sturdy stainless steel headband, with a practical neckband and foldable.
State-of-the-art technology in your hand
The GARANT GreenPlus multi-purpose and cut-resistant gloves impress with their sustainability, excellent comfort and strong resistance. The gloves are made of up to 86% recycled nylon yarn and help to significantly reduce the CO2 footprint.
The GARANT GreenPlus cut-resistant gloves are made using the innovative 18-gauge knit, so they don’t just offer you first-rate protection, they are also compatible with touchscreens and therefore incredibly versatile.
