Blind rivets ensure a permanently secure joining of various and sensitive materials, even if they are only accessible on one side.
Head shape: Dome head = FK; large flange head = K.
The most basic features of the standardised blind rivet are defined by various DIN EN ISO standards. These features primarily include geometric dimensions and mechanical properties. Further connector properties, such as choice of material and surface coating, are defined very generally by the standards and are the responsibility of the manufacturer. These specifications for the blind rivet features severely limit the tolerances of the connection parameters and the achievable requirements. Blind rivets according to DIN EN ISO are always designed for fixed components.

Material thickness + rivet shank diameter = rivet shank length
Example:
Material: Sheet metal 3 mm + sheet metal 3 mm + hole 4 mm = 10 mm rivet shank length > results in blind rivet 4 × 10.
