The HCT worker guidance system to work through your workflows efficiently, integrate them into production processes and take care of documentation automatically, quickly and accurately.
- Connect up to 16 different HCT devices to a PC simultaneously via Bluetooth®.
- Simple to create and work through work plans.
- Images and live measurements for each work step guide the user through the workflow.
- Data is sent from the HCT Windows app to the HCT measurement equipment and generated readings are transferred to the computer. The workpiece’s serial number is linked directly and automatically to the associated measurement value.
- Measured data is transmitted to e.g. CAQ systems (MUX50, DMX16, Open Protocol, CSV and DFQ) Setting Bench function: Wireless data transmission of the configured pre-set values (nominal dimensions) including tolerances to the GARANT HCT dial indicator via HCT.
Application:
- Central management of test cases and HCT tools.
- Creation of test plans.
- Operator guidance (manual steps can also be created, carried out and documented).
- Connection of various measuring equipment categories (length measurement, torque, etc.).
- Transfer of values via various interfaces (MUX50, DMX16, Open Protocol).
- Documentation of the performed tests, measurements, work steps in the formats .csv or .dfq with detailed information (e.g. serial number of the test piece, serial number of the HCT tool, etc.).
- Connection of up to 16 HCT devices.
