Description

Version:

When sprayed on, very fine PTFE particles achieve clean dry lubrication without oily hands and stubborn dirt, coupled with effective reduction in adhesive friction, sliding friction and rolling friction.

Advantage:

  • Hygienic lubrication of dry and solid materials.
  • No adhesion of dirt or dust to the treated surface.
  • No subsequent annoying lubricant slime.
  • Without oil or grease components.
  • Hygienic, clean and environmentally compatible.
  • Sustained and persistent improvement in lubrication and sliding properties.
  • Free of resin, does not gum up.
  • High material compatibility (with all metal and plastic parts!).
  • Contains no silicones and or acids.

Application:

  • In sensitive areas such as handling textiles or paper with high dust levels.
  • To reduce the friction on rollers and bearings, slides and guide rails, rope lifting gear and telescopic guides, drives and gear wheels together with hall kinds of plastics.
  • The adhesive friction of PTFE is exactly the same as the sliding friction, so there is no jerk when starting into movement from a stationary position.
