Description

Version:

No chip adhesion and outstanding surface results. Shank ⌀ 6mm. Suitable for use in roughing and finishing applications. With high-performance coating for longer tool life, less heat input and reduced chip adhesion.
  • High rate of material removal.
  • Smooth running.
  • High-performance coating for low thermal stress, longer tool life, and improved chip evacuation.
  • State-of-the-art substrate optimised for aluminium materials.
  • Maximum tool life.

GARANT burrs are manufactured from the highest quality carbide with high wear resistance and maximum cutting edge strength, using only the latest CNC machines. Steel shanks are used when the head diameter is larger than the shank diameter, otherwise they are made from solid carbide.
The innovative tooth geometry permits a high metal removal rate and at the same time extremely smooth running and very good guidance. Extra-sturdy shank with 8 mm.

Application:

Optimised for machining hard and soft aluminium alloys, plastics, bronze and non-ferrous metals.
Suitable for both manual use and industrial robots. For deburring, edge breaking, cleaning, weld and surface preparation.
For the most demanding burring operations.

Note:

Materials with poor thermal conductivity: Reduce speed in order to avoid overheating the burr and smearing.
