The function
- The TRI-FOLD blind rivet forms three press-fit tabs on the closing head side during the setting process.
- The large moulded press lugs distribute the resulting clamping force evenly and gently onto the riveted material.
- In addition, the large contact surface of the press straps provides excellent protection against rivet pull-through on very soft, porous or brittle application parts.
- TRI-FOLD blind rivets are ideal for the automotive sector, e.g. for plastic panelling, body parts and vehicle interiors,
but also for all other applications that are particularly soft, brittle, easily deformable or porous.
